MORE INFO ABOUT THE ROASTERYFamily Schärf coffee consists of 100% pure Arabica beans of the highest quality grade. The beans are harvested by hand to ensure the most gentle handling possible. The green coffee is roasted at low temperatures in classic drum roasters, by variety.

All our coffees are produced in our in-house coffee roasting facility in Saalfelden, Salzburg!
With our new roasting control and sensor technology, we can measure the temperature of the beans inside the roaster and thus specifically delay the roasting point or the development phase after the "first crack."
This gentle and very slow roasting process prevents the beans from being roasted too hot, the aromas do not evaporate, and the individual natural taste, which is characteristic of the respective growing regions, is preserved.
All blends are roasted using the "single-origin" method. The result is a very digestible coffee with few bitter substances and natural coffee aroma. - Coffee craftsmanship at the highest level.
