We are currently looking for: 

Coffee Machine & POS System Technician 

For our entire service area. Primarily Salzburg Land.

To support our technical team, we are looking for a dedicated technician for our entire portfolio. The focus is on our coffee machines, adjusting coffee quality, POS system installation and POS software support. With over 65 tons of coffee and 200 coffee machines per year, we are one of the most innovative and largest family-run companies in the industry.

Your Mission: 
• Performing installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair work on coffee machines and their accessories at the customer's site and in our workshop in Saalfelden
• Performing installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair work on POS systems and their accessories at the customer's site and in our workshop in Saalfelden
• Training our customers on coffee machines or POS systems on site
• Sustainable relationship management with our customers
• Spare parts management in your service vehicle
• Creation of service reports
• Contact person for technical questions

  Your Profile:
• You have completed technical training (ideally electrical engineering)
• Ideally, you have experience as a service technician, preferably in the coffee, catering technology, or POS industry
• You enjoy customer consulting and developing solutions
• You have a driver's license B and are willing to drive to customers
• You have very good communication skills in German
• You have no problem working weekend shifts and overtime if necessary.
• Good IT skills to be able to install a POS system in the future
• Resilience and independence, as well as a place of residence within the service area

Field Sales Representative / Sales:
For Tyrol / Lower Tyrol (Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Schwarz). 

To support our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated field sales representative for our entire portfolio. The focus is on our coffee machines, coffee, and our innovative rental & subscription models. With over 62 tons of coffee and 200 coffee machines per year, we are one of the most innovative and largest family-run companies in the industry.

Your Mission: 
• Processing leads & cold acquisition from gastronomy and businesses
• Supporting existing customers. 
• Independent quote generation and order closures
• Presence at our booth at GAST, Salzburg
• Covering the assigned area comprehensively and building a long-term customer base. 

 Your Profile: 
• Ideally, you have experience as a salesperson in the coffee or gastronomy sector 
• You enjoy customer consulting and developing solutions 
• You have a driver's license B and are willing to drive to customers 
• You have very good communication skills in German 
• Good IT skills
