Insider knowledge of the coffee industry with insights into Salzburg's largest & most sustainable coffee roastery guarantee an unforgettable experience.
Our coffee training & roastery incorporates over 6 decades of experience in the Austrian coffee world.

You will work on the world's most modern and expensive espresso machines, such as the Storm Multiboiler.

Training Content:

  • Basic knowledge of coffee plant & cultivation
  • Insights into the coffee industry (difference between industrial and craft production)
  • Insights into roasting in our coffee workshop, the most modern and largest coffee manufactory in Salzburg.
  • Green coffee purchasing & storage
  • Roasting - Differences between Italian & French Roast
  • Filling & packaging
  • Detailed knowledge of coffee technology (operation & settings)
  • Introduction to creating coffee standards including milk frothing
  • Certificate for each participant
