All past experiences have been incorporated into this modern professional espresso coffee machine in order to fully meet the challenges of the future. The Schäf family Barista Pro was designed above all for the highest quality and performance and is the result of intensive development without compromise.

The result: A portafilter that claims to be the best. The two-group variant of the BaristaPro is particularly suitable for medium-sized to large companies with a coffee consumption of up to 300 kilograms per year. Catering establishments with higher consumption, heavy rush hour and a lot of to-go coffee should use the three-group variant.

All groups have a pre-infusion system with specially made portafilters for exceptional aroma enjoyment. The special individual boiler system (multiboiler) has electronic temperature control for each individual coffee water container and each individual group. A special design feature is the raised groups for easier dosing of tall glasses.

In order to meet the requirements of the German-speaking area (extended), the BaristaPro , kettle with a capacity of 1.2 liters per group was installed. Further operational aids include the display of the ambient humidity and the economical iEnergy mode.
