Pilot is the first single-boiler machine in the Barista Attitude series. This name refers to its ability to navigate through the storm like a "Pilot". All products in the Barista Attitude series are inspired by the sea. This machine is a practical tool that allows the barista to create an excellent espresso in a very simple way.
Pilot is designed to simplify the barista's work. A large work area with LED lighting and two or three different displays on each group simplify and accelerate the use of the machine. The two long steam wands offer the barista ample freedom of movement and protect them from possible burns thanks to their cool-touch coating. Two user-friendly levers for cleaning and steam delivery as well as an adjustable drip tray complete the machine's design and features.
