The Macap M7DZ WT coffee grinder is suitable for cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that need to produce large quantities of coffee drinks. The difference between the Macap M7D and the M7DZ WT is that this grinder has a built-in torque tamper, which streamlines and facilitates a barista's work. The grinder has a stylish and modern appearance with an integrated digital timer for dosing with two different times for single and double shots and can be easily adjusted as needed. The M7DZ WT grinder features stepless grind adjustment for precise espresso bean adjustment and has a 68mm conical burr that grinds 4.5 grams per second.

Large Bean Hopper: The hopper holds 1400g of espresso beans, which is approx. 120 servings.

Dosing: The grinder features a digital timer for dosing with two different times for single/double espresso and can be easily adjusted as needed.

Cleaning: The grinding mechanism is easy to clean both inside and out, and the bean hopper can be easily removed for cleaning.

About Macap's built-in tamper

Macap has integrated a so-called CPS Twist Tamper that mimics a barista's natural tamping motion. This allows cafés and restaurants to work more efficiently and always apply the same pressure to the coffee puck.
