FAMILIE SCHÄRF COFFEE – 100% ARABICA BEANS

Familie Schärf Coffee consists of 100% pure Arabica beans of the highest quality. Roasted and processed in Austria. The beans are harvested by hand to ensure the gentlest possible handling of the harvest. The green coffee is roasted by variety at low temperatures in traditional drum roasters.


SINGLE BLEND LONG-TERM ROASTING FOR HIGHEST QUALITY

The "Single Blend Long-Term Roasting" promises the most elaborate, but at the same time highest quality roasting result. Only after roasting are the different growing regions then blended. By blending after roasting, each variety can be roasted to its optimal roasting point. The beans are roasted to the 2nd crack to achieve the unmistakable Familie Schärf coffee taste. "Roasting on demand" guarantees the customer always freshly produced coffee.

With our modern Giesen roasting control and sensor technology, we can measure the temperature of the beans inside the roaster and thus specifically delay the roasting point or the development phase after the "First Crack". This gentle and very slow roasting process prevents the beans from being roasted too hot, the aromas do not evaporate and the individual natural taste, which is characterized by the individual growing regions, remains.
